4-H Month Promotion Grant Application
The Cedar County 4-H Council has $25 available for each club to plan and conduct a 4-H month promotional event/activity. The goals of these events are to raise awareness of the Cedar County 4- H program and to recruit new members. Activities could include: informational booths at schools or local libraries, an activity in conjunction with a local sporting event, green balloons and promotional flyers at local businesses, news releases written by members, 4-H community scavenger hunt, ice cream social, etc. Be creative and try to do something different than your club did in the past. Contact your club leader and 4-H Council club representative to start planning!!!
After completing your promotional event/activity please fill out the 4-H Month Promotion Grant Application and provide proof of media reach to 4-H Council representative or Extension Office by April 1st.
