4-H or FFA members planning to participate in the Market Beef Rate of Gain Contest at the Cedar County Fair are required to weigh-in, tag and identify their beef at an official Extension weigh date. Cedar County Beef weigh-in will be held in Laurel at the Laurel Veterinary Clinic on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Ear tags will be available at no cost. PLEASE CONTACT THE EXTENSION OFFICE IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BEEF WEIGH-IN TO SET-UP A WEIGH TIME.
