Saline County 4-H

This year we will be hosting the Advisory Committee meetings (held on a two year cycle) which help set the future of each animal specie for the county fair. There are no formal invites sent, please consider this your invitation to attend these meetings. 

Some current knowledge of trends, and ideas to improve and enhance the educational opportunites both pre-fair and fair time are desired. 

If you have positive suggestions or ideas we are now beginning to create agenda's for these meetings, and can include your topics/suggestions. 

4-H Seniors should check this page often as we will be adding scholarship inforamtion as we receive it. 

Scholarship Applications and Guidelines

Lieutenant Governor, Mike Foley, stopped by to disucuss his role as the Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska with the 4th graders in the Crete After School Program. The 4th graders are just starting a seven week club learning about civic engagement led by teenagers in the Crete Youth in Governance Club and UNL Extension Educator, Leanne Manning.
