Morrill County Extension is hosting two spring textiles workshops on March 8, 2024.
In the morning, join us as we take our sewing to the next level learning how to put in a zipper! Bringyour own fabric (1/2 yard, two fat quarters, or can use leftovers from another project) or take your chances choosing from our stash. This workshop is from 9:00a.m.-noon, cost is $5.
In afternoon, we will be working on a Beyond the Needle project. You can choose any fabric item you want to work with - t-shirt, shorts, pants, bag, etc. You bring the item! Must be dark colored and over 70% cotton fabric. The easiest is t-shirt but don’t be afraid to think outside of the box! Must be pre-washed! This workshop is 1:00-3:00p.m., cost is $10.
