ServSafe Manager Training
A Food Safety Training and Certification Program from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. ServSafe is the food service industry’s premier food safety training and certification course. It is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in the United States. The ServSafe course is recommended for all types of food service managers, both commercial and non-commercial.

ServSafe Food Handlers Class
This course is certified by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. ServSafe is the food service industry’s premier food safety training and certification course. ServSafe Food Handlers Class is good in Douglas-Sarpy County for two years, and recommended for all types of food handlers, both commercial and non-commercial. The class consists of five sections: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. At the end of the class a short test will be given, and you will leave with your certificate.

Spanish Language ServSafe: Food Safety Classes/ Clase de Seguridad En el Manejo De Los Alimentos
The ServSafe food safety training program is developed through the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. This 3 ½ hour Spanish Language version is directed at entry level food service employees responsible for food preparation and handling, however, managers are welcome to attend. El programa de entrenamiento de seguridad de los alimentos ServSafe se desarrolla a través de la Fundación Nacional para la Educación de la Asociación de Restaurantes. Esta versión en español es de una duración de 3 horas y media y esta dirigido a los empleados de servicios de alimentos de nivel de entrada responsables de la preparación y manipulación de alimentos, sin embargo, los gerentes/dueños están invitados a asistir. ServSafe Manager Certification Online Exam
An alternative to taking the two-day managers course is to purchase the online class through the National Restaurant Association (www.servsafe.com), you will have 90 days to complete the online course work. The online course is bilingual in English and Spanish, students selects language at start of course. Three random post-tests with 60 questions are available to help prepare for the Certification Exam.
IMPORTANT: You MUST have a registered ServSafe Instructor or Proctor to administer the exam. You may not administer the exam to yourself.
