We are offering these awards to encourage youth to particiapte in all that 4-H has to offer from projects to camps/workshops, leadership opportunities and more!

One winner in each age category will be selected each year.
Please note that some activities/requirements will require additional documentation that must be attached to your application.
Also, the 4-H member must also complete and turn in the 4-H Achievement & Activity Record for your application to be considered.
The deadline to turn in completed applications is September 20, 2024.
- 4-H Rookie Member - ONLY those members in their very FIRST 4-H Year. See guidelines on application.
- 4-H Junior Member - ages 8-10 as of Jan. 1 of the current year
- 4-H Intermediate Member - ages 11-13 as of Jan. 1 of the current year
- 4-H Senior Member - ages 14-18 as of Jan, 1 of the current year
