All breeding ewes could be subject to be mouthed for age.  All ewe lambs must have all lamb or temporary teeth present; yearling ewes can have yearling teeth but cannot have two-year-old teeth up.

All Breeding sheep must be tagged with a USDA Scrappie tag in the ear and on a 4‑H ID form. 4‑H ear tags are not official identification for registered breeding ewes. Registered breeding ewes must have proof of registration papers. ID forms must be on file by June 15.
