Purpose: 

Department Rules:

  1. Use non-spillable water containers.  Rabbits that are entered as a part of a meat pen cannot be entered as a single fryer or showmanship rabbit.   Meat pens not meeting weight range requirements will not be allowed to sell.  All rabbits will be weighed on the same scale and will be weighed by ounces. Exhibitors cannot use the same rabbit in a different Class.  Two entries per class may be entered except in showmanship.

Division 630: Rabbit Showmanship

Division Rules:

  1. If there is enough enrollment to support a minimum of three youth per class, classes will be redistributed to the following: Junior Ages 8-10, Intermediate Ages 11-13, Senior Ages 14-18.
  2. Number of Entries per Exhibitor-A 4-H member is limited to exhibiting 7 rabbits.
  3. Best Small Animal Showman will be awarded at judge’s discretion.
