- 1pm Swine Carcass Contest – Youth are encouraged to attend the measuring and judging of the swine carcasses at D&L Meats, Ovid, CO
Monday, July 27
- 4pm Entry sheets due to the Extension Office for ALL 4-H/FFA fair projects
Saturday, August 1
- 10:00am Beef Ultrasound, Chappell Feedlot
Wednesday, August 12
- 9am – Noon Static Exhibits Entry, Interview Judging
- 5pm Trap Shoot
Thursday, August 13
- 7-9am Beef Weigh-in Do not unload sheep, goats or swine until ALL BEEF have been processed through the scale
- 9-10:30am Swine/Goat/Sheep Weigh-in
- 10:30am Rabbit/Poultry Check-in
- 11:00am Jackpot Livestock Judging Contest (Show Arena)
- 3:30pm Rabbit/Poultry Show (Livestock Arena)
- 6pm 4-H/FFA Beef Show (Show Arena)

- 7:00pm Awards/Quilts of Valor Presentation
- 8:00pm Static Exhibits Released
Mandatory Livestock Barn Cleanup immediately following the Awards Presentation
- All 4-H and FFA livestock exhibitors are required to report to the barns for cleanup and must remain until all work is completed.
- If you are unable to attend, you must make prior arrangements with the Livestock Superintendents.
