2022  Nebraska Farmland Values and Cash Rental Rates

The market value of agricultural land in Nebraska increased by 16% over the prior year to an average of $3,360 per acre, according to the 2022 Nebraska Farm Real Estate Market Survey.  To read the full report, open the page title above.

2023 Phelps & Gosper Counties Impact At-A-Glance Report

The report shows that 85% of Phelps-Gosper elementary age youth participated in school enrichment program in 2023.  One-hundred percent of students in Phelps and Gosper schools participated in water education program.
