2026 Pre-Entry - DUE by 11:59pm JULY 1st- OPEN NOW!!!

Fair Pre-Entry will be entered online this year by the exhibitor/family and is NOW OPEN
Fair Pre-Entry Deadlines:
- Animal and Contest Entries are DUE by 11:59pm on July 1st
- ALL Static Entries are DUE by 11:59pm on July 19th
Note, this is a new entry system to help us collect necessary information to make the fair as smooth as possible.

All of the following MUST be Pre-Entered Online this year in order to participate in these events at the 2026 Saunders County Fair:
- All Static Exhibits except Horticulture, Floriculture, and Food & Nutrition exhibits

- Best Dressed Critter
- Cat Show
- ALL Clover Kid Entries must be pre-entered online this year!
- Dairy Cattle
- Dairy Goat
- Dog Show
- Fashion Show **NOTE change to Judging Day**
- Favorite Foods Day Contest
- Horse
- Household Pets
- Ice Cream Rolling Contest
- Meat Goats
- Poultry
- Rabbit
- Sheep
- Shooting Sports Contest (BB Gun and Air Rifle)
- Swine
- Tractor Driving Contest

We usually start around 7:30/8:00am and go until the work is done
Stop in the 4-H building to grab some breakfast
The more people we have the faster we can get done
This is your opportunity to pitch in and help get the fairgrounds ready for the fair!
There will be things to do for everyone
Plan to bring gloves, rakes, pitchforks, push brooms, shovels, rags, cleaning supplies, and whatever else you think we will need to get the work done
