Department G, Division 24 - Feeder Calves
A feeder calf or bucket calf must be born during the current year but before June 1. Heifer, steer, or bull calves may be shown as feeder calves.
Calves may be brought to fairgrounds the morning of the show and taken home following the show. Exhibitors may stall their calves on the fairgrounds the entire county fair if stall reservations were made by the pre-entry deadline.
Steer, heifer, and bull calves from cow-calf pairs may be shown as feeder calves.
Feeder calf classes will be divided into steers, heifers, and bulls. Each will be further divided into weight classes as determined by the superintendents after calves are checked in.
