- Fair Pre-Entry will be entered online this year by the exhibitor/family and is NOW CLOSED
- Fair Pre-Entry will occur between June 18th and 11:59pm on July 1st.
- Note, this is a new entry system to help us collect necessary information to make the fair as smooth as possible.

Saunders County Fair Clean Up Day - 7/19/2025
THANK YOU to all of the volunteers that helped we appreciate you all very much!!
- We usually start around 7:30/8:00am and go until the work is done
- Stop in the 4-H building to grab some breakfast
- The more people we have the faster we can get done
- This is your opportunity to pitch in and help get the fairgrounds ready for the fair!
- There will be things to do for everyone
- Plan to bring gloves, rakes, pitchforks, push brooms, shovels, rags, cleaning supplies, and whatever else you think we will need to get the work done
