4-H Exhibit Building on the Knox County Fairgrounds, Bloomfield NE
Registration – 1:00 pm; Judging – 1:30 pm
Public Fashion Show – 7:00 pm

Each exhibitor is eligible to model five different outfits, each from a separate project (STEAM Clothing Construction (2 garments); STEAM Beyond the Needle; Knitted or Crocheted; Accessory; Upcycle, Make One/Buy-One & Quilt Quest; Shopping In Style; and $20 Shopping Challenge). Garments should be age appropriate. Entries not accepted for State Fair: textile clothing accessories and/or garments containing inappropriate language or images. Fashion Show Classes Include:

Shopping In Style: Everyone loves to shop! You can purchase an outfit for a special occasion or an outfit to expand your current wardrobe. Judging will be on the written report, interview, and modeling.
$20 Challenge: All pieces of the garment must be purchased from a garage sale, thrift store, consignment store or resale shop. Cost of the outfit must be $20.00 or less (the $20 does not include shoes & accessories).
STEAM Clothing Construction: STEAM Clothing 1 Garment(s); STEAM Clothing 2 Garment(s); STEAM Clothing 3 Garment(s) 
STEAM Beyond The Needle Garment
Knitted or Crocheted Clothing (Level 2 or 3)
Constructed Accessory
Upcycled, Make-One/Buy-One & Quilt Quest Wearable Art Garment: The exhibit is a purchased garment with a constructed/upcycled garment(s) to make a complete wearable outfit. Both items must be modeled. Not eligible for State Fair.
Sewing for Fun (carry or wear a project item) – at Public Fashion Show Only
Clover Kid Fashion Show –Clover Kids may model their favorite outfit/t-shirt. This is open to all Clover Kids. No judging will be done, so clover kids will only be involved during the evening.

All exhibits will be left in the 4-H Exhibit Hall after the public fashion show. This includes Beyond the Needle, Clothing Construction, Shopping In Style, and $20 Challenge outfits.

Pre-registration forms will be mailed to those enrolled in Textiles, Quilts & Apparel and Consumer Education (you are not required to be enrolled in these projects in 4-H Online to participate); included in the 4-H Newsletter; and available at https://extension.unl.edu/statewide/knox/4-h-fashion-show/
The forms are due back in the Extension Office by July 28.
