The 4-H Achievement and Activity Record is meant to be a cumulative record of all your years of 4-H activity/membership NOT just the current year. ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR CHOSEN FORMAT, YOU MUST SAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER.
While completing the 4-H Achievement and Activity Record is not required to receive your county fair premium check, it IS REQUIRED to be completed and turned in by the deadline to make you eligible to apply for Camp Scholarship, Diamond Clover Awards, County Curriculum Awards, and Senior Scholarship applications.
- County Curriculum Award Application - 2025 Application due October 1st. Youth must have been enrolled in the project area for at least 2 years before applying.
- Saline County Member of the Year Awards - 2025 application due October 1st.
- Diamond Clover Award - 2025 Application due October 1st.
Clover Kid Record Book due October 1st
- National 4-H Congress
- National 4-H Conference
You do not need to submit a record book to apply for these scholarships (but may require other materials):
- Martha and Don Romeo Scholarship - November 20, 2025. State-level scholarship. "For graduating seniors in the State of NE and who plan to continue with post high school education."
- Nebraska 4-H Foundation Scholarships - submit for state-level review by January 5th, 2026
