The Madison County Fair is July 7-12, 2026.

Static Judging Day for all exhibits except Food & Gardening is on Monday, July 6, 2026.
- Fashion Show Form and Narration - Due June 15 to the Extension Office. (REQUIRED FOR 2026)
NEW FOR 2026 - The following supportive information is not required to be filled out if you are participating in the interview judging portion of the Madison County Fair. If you are not available to participate in this portion, these forms need to be filled out prior to dropping off items jor judging day and for the county fair. If your item is selected for the Nebraska State Fair, these forms will be required to be turned in with the exhibit or it will not be taken to the State Fair for judging and exhibition.
--Home Restoration and Design (previous Home Environment)- required for all home environment exhibits.
--Visual Arts Tag - required for all visual arts exhibits. (previous Portfolio Pathways and Sketchbook Crossroads)
--Clothing Data Card - Required for the following: Beyond the Needle, STEAM 2 Upcycled Garment & Accessory, STEAM 3Upcycled Garment & Accessory, ALL upcycled exhibits are required to have before and after pictures (pictures no larger than 4.25” x 5.5” each)
--Fiber and Arts Knitting: This card must be included with All Knitting Projects
--Fiber and Arts Crochet: This card must be included with All Crochet Projects
--4-H Photography Data Card Instructions - required for all photography exhibits
