4-H Enrollment

Congratulations on starting another program year, or for some, beginning your first year in the Dodge County 4-H Program! Keep in mind that if there is anything you or your 4-H club needs during the 4-H year, please contact us at the Nebraska Extension in Dodge County Office. Member Enrollment:  It is the responsibility of the 4-H club's organizational leader (or independent member) to assist their member/families with the online enrollment/re-enrollment process. A link to the directions and online member enrollment can be found below. You may also contact the Nebraska Extension in Dodge County Office for further assistance.    

Volunteer Enrollment:  It is the responsibility of the 4-H club's organizational leader (or independent member) to assist their volunteers with online volunteer enrollment which includes:  Volunteer Enrollment, Code of Conduct form, the Volunteer Screening form ($5 per person), and the Activity Workers Guidelines forms. Volunteers that will need to register include: club leaders, project leaders (indicate project areas), activity leaders, and resource leaders, or any adult working directly with the youth.

Eligibility for Exhibiting 4-H Projects:

4-H Horse project members planning to enter/exhibit at the State 4-H Horse Expo are required to have ALL paperwork completed by June 1. Paperwork includes: 4-H enrollment, ID sheets, proof of horsemanship advancement level testing and State 4-H Horse Expo entries. 4-H Horse project members enrolling AFTER the June 1 deadline will be INELIGIBLE to exhibit in the 2024 State 4-H Horse Expo.

4-H Horse project members NOT planning to enter/exhibit at the State 4-H Horse Expo are required to have ALL documentation completed for Dodge County by June 15. Paperwork includes: 4-H Enrollment, ID sheets and proof of horsemanship advancement level testing. 4-H Horse project members enrolling AFTER the June 15 County deadline will be INELIGIBLE to exhibit in the 2024 4-H fairs/shows (Fremont 4-H Expo and Dodge County Fair).

4-H Livestock  and all other projects members online enrollments/fees are to be completed by June 15, 2024. 4-H members enrolling AFTER the June 15th deadline will be INELIGIBLE to exhibit in the 2024 fairs/shows (Fremont 4-H Expo and Dodge County Fair).

Membership Fees:

The $10.00 4-H membership fee for 4-H members (including Clover Kids) covers annual 4-H enrollment, accident insurance and the Dodge County 4-H Blast. Fees are part of the enrollment process and may be paid online through credit card or with a personal check in person or by mail.
