NERFSI Food System Speaker Series schedule, Fall 2026 with webinar dates and topics listed

Nebraska Extension’s 2026-2027 Food System Speaker Series kicks off next week, Wednesday September 16th 2-3pm CST, with a talk from Chef Anthony Warrior!

After facing dietary health challenges, Anthony Warrior began improving his diet by embracing indigenous foods and recipes to turn his life around. In so doing, Chef Warrior started WarriorsPalate to bring healthy, indigenous foods into Native communities along with education on how to maintain good health. Chef Warrior is also the director of Indianpreneurship at Nebraska Indian Community College

This series is free, but we do ask that you register to get the zoom link. More information is available on the attached flier and you can register here: https://go.unl.edu/nerfsi-speaker.
