Join Eric Hunt, agricultural meteorology and climate resilience extension educator, at 9 a.m. CT/8 a.m. MT on the first Tuesday of each month to hear insights on weather conditions across the state of Nebraska and Midwestern region, and updates on the long-range outlook. First Tuesdays at 9 will include a Q&A session near the end of the webinar for participants.

Platte County Clover Kid Club - Growing Clovers

For 2024 the "Growing Clovers", a 4-H club for Clover Kids, is open to all youth who turn 6, 7 or 8 during the calendar year and enrolled in 4-H. Clover Kids in Platte County have their own opportunity to have their projects interview judged at the Platte County Fair. The Platte County Clover Kid Curriculum Guide (updated October 2023) reviews the projects and resources available.

Platte County Co-Parenting For Successful Kids

Co-Parenting for Successful Kids is an educational program for families in the process of divorce, or who are interested in custody modification or paternity proceedings. The class will help parents understand the impact on their children and provide concrete steps parents can take to help their children succeed through the process.

Co-Parenting for Successful Kids is available throughout Nebraska to help meet the needs of divorcing families and children and meet the requirements of the New Parent Act as amended by LB 554 in 2007.
