Seward County and Nebraska 4-H recognizes and awards individuals and groups for outstanding achievements to their community, club, and their own personal development. For county recognition, applications and nominations are due early in October.

Achievement Applications
The Nebraska 4-H Achievement Application is a standard application form used for the selection of county and state award winners, including Nebraska delegates to National 4-H Congress and National 4-H Conference, as well as Nebraska 4-H Foundation scholarship award recipients. Turning in the Achievement Application is required in order to receive year pins, scholarships and other awards.

- County Award Application - submit this form with your achievement application to have it reviewed for project pins and other awards.

Chris Clover Application - open for all age levels. Points award based on overall involvement in 4-H.

Tim Sheehan Memorial Award - points award based on overall involvement in livestock projects and 4-H.

Bev Waegli Memorial Award - points award based on overall involvement in Family & Consumer Science projects and 4-H experiences.
Diamond Clover Program
This program consists of six levels that engage a young person in planning and reporting to a broad range of age-appropriate accomplishments.
Diamond Clover Award PLAN SHEET (page 1), with signatures are due to the Extension Office by April 1, 2024.
Completed Diamond Clover Award REPORT FORM, with signatures are due to the Extension Office by October 1, 2024.

Interview - all scholarship applicants take part in an interview with members of the 4-H Council, 4-H Foundation, and Jr. Leaders. Interviews are scheduled for mid-late January.
