Managing Resistant, Emerging Pests

Maybe what used to work to manage some plant diseases, weeds and insects isn’t working anymore—or perhaps new pests are moving into your area. Either way, we’re here to provide continued research on alternative approaches and an impartial evaluation of new products.

What is IPM?

Integrated pest management (IPM) is a decision-making process that utilizes all available pest management strategies, including cultural, physical, biological and chemical control to prevent economically damaging pest outbreaks and to reduce risks to human health and the environment.

From resistance among pests we know, or methods to take on emerging weeds, insects and plant diseases, IPM can help.
