You will need to download the new Saline County 4-H Achievement and Activity Record and save to your computer for each child. The new application is a combination of Section 1 (Projects) from the old Career Portfolio and portions of the new Statewide 4-H Achievement Application. You should be able to copy and paste your information from the old Section 1 into the new project section or retype if you do not have alot of years of 4-H membership. It is important to have ALL 4-H years and projects in Section 1 for when you apply for a Saline County 4-H Council scholarship your senior year of high school.

As in the past, when you get to the last empty cell in a curriculum section of section 1, hit your tab key to add a new line. This will enable you to add new information each year to show your learning and growth in each project area. Do not start a new Saline County 4-H Achievement and Activity record each year, just add the new year to your projects and then replace the information in the leadership and community service sections and lastly write a new story each year. Please print your Saline County 4-H Achievement and Activity Record and submit to the Extension Office by the stated deadline each year.

Youth must submit a Saline County 4-H Achievement and Activity Record each year in order to receive a county fair premium check and/or Premium Auction money. FFA members must submit an FFA recordbook to receive premium money.
