Webster County 4-H Awards

The Youth Council has adapted the award process to try to fit the needs of our county.  Webster County Awards entries are due in the Extension Office the First Monday in October by 4:00 PM. This deadline is for the Award Application, Webster County Achievement Application, Ambassador Clover, and Diamond Clover applications.

Webster County 4-H Members have the opportunity to participate in county and state awards and opportunities.  A 4-H’er will need to complete each application that fits the awards that they would like to be considered.

  1. Webster County Award Application – this if for the County Project Medals only.  Any youth 8 to 18 years old can fill this out to apply for the County Project Medals. It is focused on the current year’s achievements. This is due First Monday in October by 4:00 PM.
  2. Webster County Ambassador - Selected from the Award or Achievement Application.
  3. Webster County Achievement Application – Special County Awards - this is an additional form required for those older youth (ages 14 – 18) that are interested in applying for the Webster County Tribland candidate or practice for a state Nebraska Award. This is due First Monday in October by 4:00 PM.
  4. Nebraska 4-H Achievement Application – this is for our oldest youth (ages 15 -18) that are applying for Nebraska 4-H Foundation Scholarships, National 4-H Congress and National 4-H Conference. This is due in early January. See their website for further information.

Nebraska 4-H Annual Achievement Application

This is application process and will be used for the selection of State and national awards including the selection of delegates to National 4-H Congress and National 4-H Conference.  Information on other possible awards and opportunities for Individuals or 4-H Clubs is available at Nebraska 4-H Awards and Recognitions.
