  • 2024 4-H Exhibit Entry Form = All Exhibits entered on Fair Entry Day in Exhibit Building
  • 2024 Clothing Day Entry Form (Clothing, Quilts, Barn Quilts, & Beyond the Needle) See below in Fair supporting information forms for more information and  forms
  • 4-H  Workshops Entry Guide  - Your guide to the entry information for all Workshops Projects and what number to use to enter them. 
  • Horticulture Entry Form - Please complete and bring it on Entry Day (Wednesday, JULY 17th)--This is for Vegetables and Cut flowers only!  All other horticulture exhibits should be pre-entered on the 4-H Static Entry form and submitted by June 26th.  If another sheet is needed, please feel free to print and use another sheet.

Judging day for all Clothing/Sewing/Fiber Arts/ Modeling/Beyond the Needle/Quilts exhibits is Monday, July 15, 2024. All exhibits are due by noon on Monday, July 15, 2024, at the Midwest Covenant Home in Stromsburg. Exhibits turned in on Entry Day will not be judged as a Clothing Day Judge will not be available on entry day.

Supporting Information: Supporting information is required for all exhibits. The information must include elements or principles of design used and steps taken to complete the project. Exhibits without supporting information will be dropped a ribbon placing.

The cultivar or variety name must be included on all entry cards. If potted container with several cultivar or varieties identify each individually within the pot (Excluding Potted Patio Garden Entries). Failure to identify the cultivar or variety will drop the entry one ribbon placing. Proper identification is the responsibility of the exhibitor, not the Extension staff or office personnel.
