2022 Youth Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) Polk County Exhibitor Letter - 2022 in-person class dates are set, please read the letter to find out more information.
The YQCA program transitioned to a new platform on March 23, 2022. Families will need to create a new account on the new website. Original accounts on the old platform became inactive after March 22.

Animal Science Ownership Affidavits
An ownership affidavit must be filled out for every animal to be shown at the county and/or state fair with the exception of Llama's, rabbits, dogs, cats & small pets. Clover Kids are not required to have an ownership affidavit on file unless the animal will be shown by a traditional 4-H member.
