The mission of the Holt Boyd Extension Office is to provide reliable, research-based information in agriculture and natural resources, consumer and family economics, community and economic development and 4-H/youth development.

LaDonna is an Extension Educator for "Early Childhood" team from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension. LaDonna has a Bachelor's Degree from University Nebraska Kearney in Family and Consumer Science Education and a Master's Degree from University Nebraska Kearney Vocational Education. She focuses on child development and the family through her work for "Early Childhood" team. She was a nanny, swimming instructor, preschool coordinator and is a mother of two. LaDonna focuses on child development and the family through face to face and online work. Creative in technology and future oriented LaDonna brings the research base information to life in her presentations.

LaDonna provides/teaches research base information for childcare providers, preschool teachers, parents and children about child development 0-5 years of age.

Debra is an Extension Assistant for the "4-H Youth Development" team from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension. Debra has a Bachelor's Degree from University Nebraska Kearney in Family Studies. She focuses on youth development through school enrichment programs and the 4-H program.

Program Highlights:
4-H Youth Development (5-18 years of age)
Debra teaches research based school enrichment programs to youth, one of her most demanded programs is Egg Embryology. Debra also coordinates the 4-H Program.
