This year’s National 4-H Week is October 5th – 11th and the theme is Beyond Ready!
The Cherry County Extension Office will showcase the area youth's coloring talents. Click on the image to download & print or stop at the office to pick up a coloring sheet.
Once your picture is turned in, it will be displayed in the front window facing Main St. throughout the fall season.

2025 Cherry County Achievement Celebration
October 19, 2025, 5:30pm CST/4:30pm MST held at the White Elephant Hall in Cody, Nebraska
Here we will hand out Champion Awards, Special Awards, and have a potluck meal to celebrate the end of another wonderful & successful 4-H year. Everyone is welcome to bring yard games.

The 2025 Cherry County Friends of 4-H were honored at the Fair. Friends of 4-H are nominated each year to recognize exemplary volunteer or business service to the Cherry County 4-H program. Jason McNare has coached shooting sports for several years and received the Individual award. Midland News was named as Friend in the Business division for their long-time support and coverage of 4-H events.
