Nebraska Extension is fully committed to the health and well-being of Nebraskans. In a disease situation like COVID-19, the principle of social distancing is one of the main methods that can be used to help reduce the spread of the disease.
The Nebraska Extension's Managing Agricultural Land in 2020 and Beyond workshop was presented in close to 20 locations across the state in late 2019 and early 2020.
Suicide is preventable and prevention begins with knowing what signs to look for and how to help. This story outlines the common signs of chronic stress and when someone may be considering suicide as well as steps you can take to help them.
If you have been impacted by the rising rate of suicides, you are not alone.
Recognizing the Signs of Suicide and How You Can Help
The Nebraska Crop Production Budgets have been revised and updated for 2019 with 78 budgets covering 15 crops. Also included is information on crop budgeting procedures, machinery operation and ownership costs, material and service prices, and a crop budget cost summary.
