4-H Enrollment Is Now Opened!

Fall brings a fresh start and we are always excited to kick off a new 4-H year! Online enrollment is now open for the 2026/27 4-H year!

Anyone who would like to or is participating in activities (Quilts of Valor, CWF, Robotics, etc) MUST enroll immediately, along with any active volunteers. All volunteers must do a new background screening this year also. Enrollment stays open through June 15th. From October through June 15th youth may add or drop projects during that time. ALL 4-H'ers must be enrolled in 4-H online and have the projects selected that they would like to be involved in for the fair in August 2027.

Don't forget that you must pay your $5 enrolment fee to the Extension Office for the process to be completed. Don't put your projects or your enrollment off until the last minute!

Any adults working with youth in the 4-H program should also enroll as a project leader at https://v2.4honline.com    There is a fee for a background check to become a leader that can be reimbursed if necessary.  Please call the extension office for any questions or help in getting enrolled.

Please mail or bring in the enrollment fee to the Cherry County Extension office at 202 N Main St, Ste 3, Valentine, NE 69201.
