6:30 pm CST - Trap Shoot-off @ Cherry Co. Fairgrounds
Saturday, August 1st
9:00 am - BB, Air Rifle, Archery @ Cherry County Fairgrounds
Sunday, August 2nd
1:00 pm – Fairgrounds Clean-up and Set-up Day (All 4-H families NEEDED!! Includes Livestock pen set up, Fashion Show set up, etc. )
Monday, August 3rd
(Open Horse Show all day)
Tuesday, August 4th
8:30 am - Check-in and ID Horses
9:00 am – 4-H Horse Show
6:30 pm – Quilts of Valor & 4-H Fashion Show – 4-H Building
Wednesday, August 5th
9:00– 12:00 pm – Small Animal Show (Clover Kid Pets excluding dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Poultry, Companion Animals)
1:00-5:00 pm - Interview Judging – 4-H Building (A schedule will be sent out.)
6:30 pm – Dog Show (4-H followed by Open Class to allow for Open Class static check-in. ALL Clover Kids with dogs please attend this show)
Thursday, August 6th
AM Market Beef, Market Goat, Market Sheep, and Market Swine weigh-in. Breeding Beef check-in. (Watch for details in the pre-fair exhibitor letter.)
9:30 am – Sandhills Production Check-In
10:00 – 12:00 pm – Sandhills Production Exhibition
12:30 pm – Check in for Bucket Calf, Dairy Cattle, Breeding Sheep, Breeding & Dairy Goats
12:45 pm – Sandhills Production Award Presentation
1:00 pm - Bucket Calf Show, Dairy Cattle Show, Sheep & Goat Show (market, breeding & dairy)
6:30 pm – Parade
Friday, August 7th
9:00 am – Swine Show (market & breeding)
11:00 am – Market Heifer & Steer Show
3:00 pm – Team Fitting/Salesmanship Contest
Saturday, August 8th
7:00 am – Feeder Calf weigh-in, Breeding Heifer Calves & FFA Bulls Check-in
9:00 am – Beef Showmanship
Followed by Stocker Feeder, Breeding Beef (EXCEPT Sandhills Production beef), FFA Bull Show
1:00 pm – Round Robin
3:30 pm – Friends of 4-H & Premier Livestock Exhibitor Presentation
4:00 pm – Livestock Sale
Sunday, August 9th
4:30 – 5:00 pm - Exhibit Hall Pick-up
