- YQCA certification must be completed and copy of certificate submitted to the Extension Office by June 15. Visit: https://yqcaprogram.org/ to complete certification. YQCA certification is required by all regular 4-H members (non-Clover Kids) exhibiting in cattle, sheep, goat, swine, rabbit and poultry.
