Time for some summer fun!
Sign up for the 2024 Regional Junior 4-H Camp to be held June 5-7, 2024 at Whispering Cedars Camp at Genoa. Camp runs from June 5th at 1:00 pm to June 7th at 11:30 am. Junior Camp is open to all youth who are ages 8-11 as of the first of January this year from the following counties: Boone, Nance, Polk, York, Platte, Merrick, Antelope, and Hamilton. Early-bird registration is $110 per camper from now until May 1st at 4:00 pm. Registration continues from that time until May 8th at 4:00 pm at the rate of $135 per camper. Registration closes at 4:00 pm on May 8. Fees myst be paid by May 8 at 4:00 pm. Registered and paid campers age 12 will be put on a waiting list and will be notified if there is room for them to attend.
The 4-H Councils from Boone and Nance Counties will be offering scholarships to cover part of the cost of the camp. Applications for the scholarships are due May 1 and can be found at https://extension.unl.edu/statewide/boone-nance/4-h-clubs-materials.
