Webster County Fair 4-H Requirements

What must be done and/or is due to the office by June 15th:

Animal ID Sheets

All livestock/animals that will exhibit at the Webster County Fair must be identified properly with their ID and/or vaccination form listed below by June 15th. Paper and emailed copies (must be quality uploads) will be accepted. Forms will also be available at pre-fair weigh-ins.

Beef

*If showing a purebred, you may turn in a copy of the registration papers with the ID sheet by June 15th, or during check-in at the county fair. Result of not turning in a registration paper by check-in will result in being automatically put in a non-registered class.
 

Sheep

Static Exhibits
  • Music Contest Entry Form (turn in by July 1st or during the music contest check-in) -will be available soon! 
  • Fashion Show Entry Form (turn in by July 1st or during the fashion contest check-in) - will be available soon! 
  • Clothing Documents (must be filled out and turned in by check-in)
  • Home Design and Restoration Supporting Info Form (must be filled out and on the back of your exhibit by check-in at fair)
  • Visual Arts (must be filled out and on the back of your exhibit by check-in at fair)
  • Food Preservation Card (must be filled out and on the back of your exhibit by check-in at fair)
  • Photography Unit Cards (must be filled out and on the back of your exhibit by check-in at fair)
