Webster County Fair 4-H Requirements

What must be done and/or is due to the office by June 15th:

• Enroll as a 4-H Member: 4-H Online 2.0

• Animal ID Forms (please see below)
• Complete YQCA: YQCA (certificate must be turned in to the office, this must be completed if you are 8 as of January 1st and exhibiting beef, sheep, goats, swine, poultry, and rabbits)
• Horse Levels: Documents must be turned into the office. Horse Level Information
• State Fair Livestock Nominations: All state fair DNA envelopes need to be turned into the office by the 15^th of June as well as online nominations and payments here: https://showstockmgr.com/

• Stall Request/Wood Chip Request -
  •  When you go to do your livestock entries on ShoWorks, you will request stalls on there. You will then send your payment to the office, cash or check. Make checks payable to Webster County Ag Association.

Animal ID Sheets

All livestock/animals that will exhibit at the Webster County Fair must be identified properly with their ID and/or vaccination form listed below by June 15th. Paper and emailed copies (must be quality uploads) will be accepted. Forms will also be available at pre-fair weigh-ins.

Beef

*If showing a purebred, you may turn in a copy of the registration papers with the ID sheet by June 15th, or during check-in at the county fair. Result of not turning in a registration paper by check-in will result in being automatically put in a non-registered class.
