Saturday, July 11

7:30 a.m.                     Air Rifle & .22 Rifle Contests, Fairgrounds, Benkelman

 

Saturday, July 18

7:30 a.m.                     Archery Contests, Fairgrounds, Benkelman 

 

Sunday, July 19

5:00 p.m.                     Fairgrounds Clean Up & 4-H Hamburger Feed for 4-H members and families

 

Monday, July 20

8:00 a.m.                     Dog Show – Covered Show Arena 

10:00 a.m.                   Companion Animal Show – Exhibit Hall 
                                   Rabbit, Poultry and Other Smalls followed by Cat

5:00 -7:00 p.m.            Enter Exhibits for Open/4-H Class in Exhibit Hall 

 

Tuesday, July 21

9:00 – 10:00 a.m.        Enter 4-H Exhibits in Exhibit Hall

11:00 p.m.                   Exhibit Hall Judging Begins

 

Wednesday, July 22

8:00 a.m.                     Horse Show Registration

8:30 a.m.                     Horse Show Begins – Arena

3:30 p.m.                     Hog Weigh-in (all hogs must be in barns)

4:30 p.m.                     Sheep & Goat Weigh-in (all sheep and goats must be in barns)

4:30 p.m.                     Beef Weigh-in (all market beef must be in barns)

 

Thursday, July 23

8:30 a.m.                     Livestock Judging Contest – Covered Show Arena

 

Friday, July 24

8:00 a.m.                     Hog Show – Covered Show Arena 

                                                Beef Show (Beef show will begin 45 minutes after hog show)

                                                Sheep Show

                                                Goat Show

2:00 p.m.                     Round Robin (or 30 minutes following goat show)

3:00 p.m.                     Ultrasound Livestock – exhibitor must be present

 

Saturday, July 25

11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.  4-H and Open Class Exhibit Hall Release & Clean Up

2:00 p.m.                     Livestock Sale – Covered Show Arena

Following Sale             Livestock Release & Clean-upfor animals being taken home

 

NOTE:  Youth will be responsible for taking care of any market animals that are being shipped for processing until they are shipped. Youth must be present to assist with loading animals at time of shipping and must clean pen/stalls.
