The Scotts Bluff County Extension Board consists of five members to guide and oversee local Extension program development and delivery of educational curriculum, and serve as an advocate for Nebraska Extension. It assists in developing an operating budget and local educational priorities.  Members of the board are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. There are four members from the county, one 4-H representative, and one non-voting commissioner representative. 

Participating as a board member automatically makes you a member of the Nebraska Association of County Extension Boards (NACEB). 

Meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month unless otherwise announced.


Regular meetings are held quarterly-January, April,  July, October at the Panhandle Research Extension & Education Center at 7:00p.m.
