Take & Make Kits

Monthly Take & Make Project Kits are designed for youth participants to use the supplies given for the project, but implement their own creativity into design. These workshop kits are offered monthly from January to Mary, then again for a couple months in the fall. Projects will be posted through our Facebook Page, in the 4-H Forecasts, and here on the website when they are available. Click on the project to view the project flyer.

Camps

4-H camps provide unique educational opportunities that empower youth to be active in the pursuit of self-improvement in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. 4-H camps are offered as both overnight and day experiences and provide a place to discover, learn, and grow while developing valuable leadership and citizenship skills.

Nebraska 4-H Youth Development offers a variety of day and overnight camps, which provide unique experiences that focus on life skills, including:

  • science exploration
  • leadership and citizenship skills
  • future career opportunities
  • healthy decision-making
  • natural resources education

Youth do not need to be enrolled in 4-H to attend a 4-H camp.
