If you do a test flight, etc., keep a record of date, weather, distance traveled, description of flight and pictures of events and include with fair exhibit. For self designed models, include a list of supplies used and directions of how assembled. NOTE: All Lego projects must be displayed on a sturdy board or in a low sided box of appropriate size to protect the model from breakage when moving it.
