Youth must complete YQCA Certification to exhibit livestock and small animals at county & state fair.
Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA)
Youth planning on participating in any animal project (large and small animals), you are required to take and pass YQCA certification. Youth can take an in-person training at $3 or complete the web-based training for $12.
