Your prompt arrival at the re-certification meetings will be greatly appreciated as our regulations require your attendance at the entire session. Please bring a $50.00 check payable to University of Nebraska-Lincoln or correct change and the bar-coded letter sent to re-certifiers. Sessions are approximately 3 hours long.

(Need name & phone number for each participant.) If you are not comfortable attending an in-person training, there are additional certification options.**
Additional ways to renew your pesticide certification:
1) Nebraska Extension Crop Protection Clinics (CPC) held from 8:45 a.m. - 4 p.m. in January. Dates and registration information can be found at http://agronomy.unl.edu/cpc. (Cost $80)
This course may be completed online at http://pested.unl.edu/psephome under ‘Certification and Training’. (Cost: $50)
3) Paper self-study optionThe paper self-study option can be obtained by contacting the Pesticide Office by calling (402)472-1632 or emailing pested@unl.edu. (Cost $75)
4) TestingContact the Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA) to take a test (402-471-2351).
IMPORTANT—PLEASE READ THIS!!!
***Upon completion of the pesticide training, Nebraska Extension will send the NDA certification that you have completed the program. NDA will then send you a bill invoice (postcard) for the three-year state license. Upon receipt of your $25 payment, NDA will issue your pesticide license.***
