GENERAL RULES FOR ALL CONTESTS: Dress - The county 4-H T-shirt must be worn for all judging contests and anytime a 4-Her is talking to a judge. For Horse Judging, Favorite Foods Review, Talent Contest, Presentation Contest, and Communications con- tests wear appropriate attire for your event, but a 4-H emblem must be present. If appropriate attire is not worn, ribbon placing will be dropped one ranking. |
