June 10 1pm-3pm Barn Quilt with Rose Mapel It's back! The beloved Barn Quilting workshop, facilitated by Rose Mapel and the Riverview Grange #392. Workshop registration includes 2'x2' board and all painting supplies. This project is eligible for WCF Div. 229 Class 21 Barn Quilt less than 4'x4'. $70 Washington County Fairgrounds, Arlington
June 11 1pm-4pm Poster Making 101 Learn how to make a purple-ribbon-worthy poster! Participants will do content research, design planning, creation and more while learning from peers about how to create a poster that's sure to grab the judge's attention. This project is eligible for WCF Div. 154 Class 1 General Poster or Div. 152 Class 902 4-H Promotion or Div. 880, Class 1 Geospatial Poster

June 18 9am-12pm Cooking with Jordan Spend time in the kitchen with Jordan Luxa, Nebraska Extension Food, Nutrition and Health Educator. Participants will learn to make homemade pasta noodles and sauce, then enjoy their creations for lunch! $5 TBA
June 19 9am-1pm Table Setting & Menu Planning Prepare for the Favorite Foods Contest by learning about best practices for decorating and setting a table and planning a themed menu. Participants will make and eat lunch together during this workshop. $5 Extension office Blair
June 20 5:30pm-7pm Sourdough 101 with Rustic Sourdough Co, LLC What to learn about the science and health benefits of sourdough? Join us on June 20 at (time) to learn from local Cottage Baker Jen Asselstine, owner of Rustic Sourdough Co, about how flour, water and salt can create a variety of baked goods. This demonstration-style class will walk you through the natural yeast starter process all the way to a finished loaf of bread and discard recipes. You will go home with fresh starter of your own and enjoy a variety of freshly baked sourdough goodies. This workshop is open to all ages 8+; adults welcome with participation of child. This project is eligible for WCF Div. 410, classes vary.

June 25 1pm-4pm Outdoor Survival This workshop is for those interested in outdoor survival skills like foraging, plant identification and disaster preparedness. Participants will partake in a foraging scavenger hunt and create an outdoor survival kit. This project is eligible for WCF Div. 341 Class 3 Camping/Hiking Safety. $5 St. John's Lutheran Church, Bennington
June 26 9am-11am Wildlife Habitats Learn about and create habitats for insects and animals. Participants will make a bee hotel and a bird bath. These projects are eligible for WCF Div. 342 Class 2 Feeders/Waterers and Div. 800 Insect Habitats.

June 27 1pm-3pm Animal Tracking Learn about animal tracks and how to decipher one track from another. Participants will create wildlife tracks of their own made of plaster-of-paris and other wildlife-themed art. This project is eligible for WCF Div. 340 Class 6 Wildlife Tracks and/or Class 11 Wildlife Arts. $5 Extension office, Blair
July 9 9am-12pm Clover Kid Camp A workshop only for youth ages 5-7. Participants will learn, craft and play games with peers. These projects are eligible for WCF Div. 900 Class 1 Create a Critter, Class 14 Nature Collection and Class 34 Nailed It (Woodworking). $10 Arlington Community Room
