SHEEP
Market Lambs-Each member may show four market lambs and a pen of three market lambs. These may be ewes or wethers. Pen of three may consist of any combination of a 4-Her's market lamb classes. Pre-Market Lambs weighing less than 100lbs are not eligible for Grand or Reserve. All market lambs are required to be born on or after December 1st of the current year.
Breeding Lambs-Each member may show two breeding ewes. In no case may the same animal be shown in both the market and the breeding classes. A grand and reserve champion will be selected from the market and breeding classes.
Wool Length Requirements - All market lambs must be shorn sufficiently short to allow for inspection for club lamb fungus at any time of the fair. Wool may be left on the legs ONLY below the knees and hocks.
