The Keith-Arthur County UNL Extension Office is seeking a Summer Intern
Hours range from 20–30 hours per week, from May 18th to August 10th; dates negotiable and starting wage is based on experience.

Safe Serv Trainings 2026
The nationally recognized food safety training and certification program provides the latest science-based information on food safety and best practices in the industry. There are two courses offered in the North Platte, Ogallala, Lexington and McCook Area. They are designed for food service managers and supervisory staff.
