2026 Workshops
Beef Workshop
When: February 13th, 2026
Who: Youth Ages 8-18
Workshop Time: 9:00am-1:30pm
YQCA Time: 1:30pm-3:00pm
What: Participants will explore how judges evaluate animals, how to select and feed their fair animal, and the basics of showmanship. The workshop also includes an interactive meat science and cooking demonstration that connects livestock production to balanced meals and everyday food choices (lunch included!) YQCA is required for Dodge County Fair and Nebraska State Fair, and will follow this workshop immediately, so sign up for the $3.00 YQCA training here!

Pork Workshop
When: March 13th, 2026

Time: 9:00am-3:00pm

- Rights & Responsibilities & Personal Safety

Clover Kid Workshop
When: June 18th, 2026
Time: 9:00am-3:00pm
Who: Youth Ages 5-7
What: Our youngest 4‑H members will create 2-3 Projects that they can then exhibit at the Dodge County Fair.
