2024 Friend of 4-H
Is there a volunteer that you feel has gone above and beyond for 4-H? You or your 4-H youth can nominate them to receive the recognition they deserve as the 2024 Friend of 4-H Award recipient.
Friend of 4-H awards aren't just for individuals, there is also a 2024 Friend of 4-H Business Award. You or your 4-H youth can nominate any business you feel is going the extra mile to support the Cherry County   4-H!
To nominate an individual or a business write two or three paragraphs in a letter highlighting why you feel they deserve to win this award. You can also use the digital template (which can also be printed) here.  We do encourage 4-H youth to write the letter whenever possible. Nominees will be voted on by the 4-H Council. The winner of the 2024 Friend of 4-H Award will be recognized during the 2024 Cherry County Fair.
Nomination letters must be turned in to the Extension Office no later than July 14th.  You can also email them to cherry-county@unl.edu
