Welcome to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension in Red Willow County.

Our office brings unbiased, researched-based information in agriculture and natural resources, consumer and family sciences, community and economic development, and 4-H youth development to the citizens of Red Willow County and southwestern Nebraska.

Family programming has an emphasis on parenting education, food safety, and healthy lifestyles.

Nebraska Extension's agricultural programming  is dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness and economic sustainability of livestock, crop, and natural resource production systems and improving producer's entrepreneurial skills and business opportunities in Southwest Nebraska.

The 4-H youth development program focuses on citizenship, healthy living, and science, engineering and technology programs, through experiential learning in 4-H Clubs, camps, and workshops.
