The 2025 Phelps-Gosper 4-H Fairbook is now online!
The following rules apply to all departments of the 4-H section of the Phelps & Gosper County Fairs. They are organized by relevancy into the following areas: All, Static, Livestock, Contests, and On Grounds policies. Rules that apply specifically to a particular department will be listed under rules for that department.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR EXHIBITORS - Youth must be enrolled in 4-H by June 15 of the current year.
4-H Age divisions are determined by each youth’s age as of January 1 of the current year. Age division are noted below unless otherwise specified under each project area.
4-H Clover Kids – Ages 5-7
Junior Division – Ages 8-10
Intermediate Division – Ages 11-13
Senior Division – Ages 14-18
