- Holt County 4-H Enrollment Due by December 30, 2025 online at v2.4honline.com/ to be eligible to shoot at the 2026 Holt County Fair.
- Information on enrolling new members/leaders and returning members/leaders can be found at https://4h.unl.edu/
- The Holt County Extension Office must approve your enrollment before you considered full enrolled and covered by 4-H Insurance. The 4-H'er will NOT be allowed to shoot until fully enrolled.
- Holt County 4-H Shooting Sports Club Kick Off Meeting was held on Sunday December 7. However, it’s not too late to join! Youth interested in participating in the 2026 Holt County 4-H Shooting Sports Program have until December 30 to complete their 4-H Online enrollment.

2026 Holt County 4-H Invitational - June 6 and 7, 2026 - Holt County Fairgrounds, Chambers, NE
A few important updates for this year:
- The 2026 Holt County 4-H Invitational has been expanded to a two‑day event. Please double‑check that you select the correct day when choosing your line times.
- With the move to two days, camping will now be available. Campsites are offered for a flat $15 fee, whether you stay one night or two. All campers will be required to sign the Holt County Fair Board Camper Waiver upon arrival.
- We added a last‑minute clothing link to the flyer. The link is not live yet, as the 2026 logo is still being finalized, but we wanted to include it so you know it’s coming. We’ll activate the link as soon as the logo is complete.
- The flyer contains the Partner Shoot details. We’re excited to include all eight disciplines this year and look forward to seeing this event continue to grow.

Fair Shoot and Registration
- All 4-Hers are required to register for the fair shoot through Fairwire. Refer to the July 4-H newsletter for the Fairwire link to register by July 21st.
Holt County Shooting Sports Record Book
Holt County Shooting Sports record books must be turned into the extension office by October 1. Youth who turn in record books will be acknowledged and prizes/awards given out at the end of the 4-H year at the 4-H Achievement Ceremony.
