Awards and Recognition

A row of trophies

Throughout the year, our 4-H members demonstrate remarkable effort, leadership, and passion in various projects and community activities, while volunteers and local organizations provide essential support and guidance. This page highlights the awards and recognition opportunities available to honor not only the achievements of our youth but also the vital role that volunteers and community partners play in the success of the program. Explore the different award categories and see how we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of 4-H members and the incredible individuals who help make it all possible!

When are awards presented?

Fair ribbons are typically distributed during the Cheyenne County Fair with premium checks available to pick up from the Extension Office once they have been printed. Other awards are announced and presented at the annual Achievement Celebration.
