Gentle movement, real results!

Tai Chi is a centuries-old practice from China that has transformed from a martial art into a gentle, flowing form of exercise that benefits both body & mind.  The Tai Chi for Health program - developed by Dr. Paul Lam - is an evidence-based approach to:

  • improve balance & coordination
  • increase joint flexibility & stability
  • reduce the risk of falls
  • relieve arthritis-related pain
  • reduce stress & enhance focus
