These educational programs, delivered via a variety of methods, are offered through a federal, state and county partnership arrangement. The Welcome Packet will give you all the information you need to get started with a list of clubs and leader contact information. We encourage you to join a club, however the state of Nebraska does allow Independent membership. Enrollment is fast, easy and can be done in the convenience of your home online at: ne.4honline.com.
